1. The Hotel operates 24/7. The check-in time of the Guest in the Hotel is at 14:00 (local time).
The check-out (departure) time of the Guest in the Hotel is 12:00 (local time).
2. Check-in at the Hotel is possible by presenting original identity document, in case of its
absence the Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in.
3. By signing the registration card, Guest personally confirms and agrees to familiarize yourself
with the indicated Hotel rules and agrees to pay for the type of accommodation, duration of
stay, room rate and additional services.
4. Payment is made upon check-in at the Hotel, except in the case of special conditions or rates
when payment is made at the time of reservation. Payment is made upon the fact of providing
the accommodation service. The fact of providing the accommodation service is submitting
Guest with the room key.
5. Early check-in and late check-out services depends on the availability of the rooms.
5.1. In case of the guaranteed early check-in, the surcharge is made in the following order:
- from 2:00 till 14:00 – additional payment is 50% of the room rate
- before 2:00- additional payment is additional payment is 100% of the room rate

9. Accommodation with pets is possible in case of payment of additional cleaning in accordance
with the price list, as well as in compliance with the internal rules of the Hotel: the weight of a
pet must be no more than 5 kg; moving a pet in public areas is possible only in a proper carrier;
the SPA and Restaurant areas are not allowed for pets.
10. Children under the age of 18 can visit the SPA areas only when accompanied by legal adults
- legal representatives. Follow the internal SPA rules that are posted in the respective areas of the
Hotel and SPA.
11. Smoking (including the electronic cigarettes) on the territory of the Hotel and in the rooms is
strictly prohibited in accordance with Federal law dates 23.02.2013 No 15-FZ «On the
protection of citizen's health from the influence of surrounding tobacco smoke and from
consequences of tobacco smoking». In case of Guest's violation of this rule, the Hotel reserves
the right to charge the Guest the costs of extra special cleaning of the room at the amount of
5500.00 Rub. by charging it to the Guest's bill.
12. In case of lost or damaged Hotel room property by the Guest and/or by person invited by the
Guest, the Guest is obliged to compensate for any material damage.
13. Visitors of Guests could stay at the Hotel from 8:00 to 23:00. In case of delay of the visitor`s
stay at the guest`s room from 23:00 to 08:00 it is necessary to pay an additional fee for
accommodation according to the Hotel rates.
14. Not allowed:
- To leave other people in your room when you are absent;
- To give your keys and guest card to other people;
- To rearrange and remove the room furniture;
- To move from room to room without the permission of the receptionist;
- To use heaters in the room;
- To disturb other guests of the Hotel, make noise;
- To be in public areas (corridors, halls, staircases, foyers, areas adjacent to the Hotel,
etc.) in underwear, naked, shirtless, in swimsuits, in bathrobes, barefoot;
- To break the current legislation of the Russian Federation, break these Rules.
15. International, long distance and local calls are available at an additional cost. Rates can be
found in the information brochure in the room and at the reception.
16. The restaurant is open daily from 7:00 to 23:00. The lobby bar and room service are available
24 hours a day.
17. Breakfast is served in the Restaurant:
- on weekdays from 7:30 to 11:00;
- on weekends from 8:00 to 12:00.
18. During the stay, the Hotel staff, if necessary / upon request of the Guest, daily replenish the
minibar with products in accordance with the minibar menu.
19. Free public parking is available. The parking is unguarded and no reservation is required.
20. Wardrobes in Hotel rooms are equipped with safes with digital locks. The Hotel is not
responsible for items left in the rooms.
21. Luggage can be left in the storage room. The service is provided free of charge.
22. Bed linen is changed every two days. Towels are changed daily, and toiletries are changed as
they are used. Upon the request of the Guests, an unscheduled change of linen can be made for
an additional fee.
23. The Hotel is not responsible for the work of city services (emergency shutdown of electricity,
heat, water supply).
24. In the period from 22:00 to 7:00, please mute the TV sound and avoid loud conversation and
laughter. Respect the guests staying in other rooms, please.
